Sunday saw the Penultimate round of the Castle Combe Junior Karting Championship.
Ryan Taylor had an incredible run in the heats to line up on pole position for the final. He was joined on the front row by Harrison Dunsden, who was chasing a maximum score. Jack Elliott lined up 3rd, Jake Holley 4th, George Taylor 5th, Leo Bell 6th, Jamie Watson 7th and Ben Frankcom 8th.
Harrison was able to jump into the lead off the line. Ryan pushed him hard for the first couple of laps before Harrison put in a string of fastest laps to pull away and take an incredible 5th maximum score of the Championship to complete a maximum score. Ryan was able to take a safe 2nd place ahead of Jack Elliott who took his second 3rd place finish in a row. George Taylor was able to fight his way into 4th place but a penalty dropped him down to 6th at the finish, so Jake Holley took 4th place with Ben Frankcom taking 5th from the back of the grid. Jamie Watson took 7th place with Leo Bell catching in 8th after an incident on the first lap.
Luke Cridland put in a brilliant drive under pressure to take victory in the B Final, he was pushed the entire way by Alex Georganas.
